What does kHouse mean?
A short note on where the name comes from and why it sounds the way it does.
kHouse is an abbreviation of our legal company name, Konsulthuset MMI AB. The two halves are stitched together across two languages.
In Swedish, konsult means "consultant", and huset is the definite form of hus — "the house". Konsulthuset, then, is "the consultant house" or simply "the consultancy".
"kHouse" keeps the Swedish prefix k from Konsult and translates huset straight into English: House. The Swedish-speaking name kHuset works the same way internally — same idea, same shape, just in Swedish.
It signals both halves of how we operate: rooted in Sweden, with hardware procurement, security work and partnerships that reach well beyond it. The legal name on every invoice and certificate is, and remains, Konsulthuset MMI AB.
